摘要
以自制的磺化聚丁二烯(LYF)做表面活性剂,以P204为萃取剂,制成乳状液膜,从模拟湿法磷酸中提取了稀土镧。实验结果表明,本文所用方法能够成功制备磺化聚丁二烯,且较容易操作;所制磺化聚丁二烯用于乳化液膜法萃取湿法磷酸中的稀土镧离子也具有较好的效果;在优化的工艺条件下,即使磷酸中P2O5浓度为15%,La3+含量为300 mg/L时,镧离子的迁移率也能达到86.67%。
In this work emulsion liquid membrane which contained LYF(sulphonated polybutadiene) as surfactant,P204 as carrier,was applied to removal of lanthanides.Results show that the modified way is successful on the preparation of LYF and simpler.The degree of removal of lanthanides could be 86.67% with aqueous/organic phase ratio=2:1,P2O5%=15%,concentration of La3+=300 mg/L.
