摘要
用硫酸酸化钙基膨润土为原料,通过丙烯酸原位聚合制备了聚丙烯酸改性膨润土(PAA/HB)无机/有机高分子改性剂。采用IR、TG、XRD、SEM对其结构与形貌进行了表征,发现膨润土与丙烯酸很好地复合,呈现出层状结构和粗糙的表面。考察了该新型吸附剂对Cu2+的吸附性能,最佳条件下对Cu2+去除率可达98%以上。并探讨了PAA/HB的吸附机理,表明PAA/HB对Cu2+的去除有很好的效果,是一种很有应用前景的水处理剂。
The poly(acrylic acid) modified bentonite(PAA/HB) was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DTA).PAA/HB was applied to removing Cu2+ ions,which removal rate reached to 98%.The influences of pH,adsorbent dosage,Cu2+ initial concentration and time on Cu2+ adsorption properties of PAA/HB were investigated.The adsorption mechanism was also discussed.It showed that PAA/HB was a new type of cheap adsorption materials with excellent application prospect.
