摘要
以三乙烯四胺、氯乙酸、无水碳酸钠和环氧氯丙烷为原料,采用超声法合成氨基酸型螯合树脂,并用红外光谱和元素分析仪对产物进行了表征;利用静态吸附法研究了其对铀的吸附性能,探讨了树脂用量、pH值、吸附温度、振荡时间、溶液浓度对吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:当合成出的氨基酸型螯合树脂的用量为0.04 g、pH值为5~6、吸附温度50℃、振荡时间120min、铀浓度为100μg/mL时,其对铀的吸附效果最佳,吸附率达85.04%。
A type of amino acid type chelating resin was prepared by ultrasonic using triethylenetetramine,chloroacetic acid,sodium carbonate and epichlorohydrin as materials,and its composition was characterized by infrared spectra and elemental analyzer.The adsorption properties of resin on uranium was studied with static adsorption and the effects of resin amount,pH value,adsorption temperature,oscillation time and uranium initial concentration on adsorption properties were discussed.The experiment results indicated that with resin amount of 0.04g,pH of 5~6,adsorption temperature of 50℃,oscillation time of 120minutes and uranium initial concentration of 100μg/mL,the adsorptive effect of resin on uranium was optimal and its adsorption rate reached 85.04%.
