摘要
目的观察胃癌根治术后放疗的临床效果。方法 对符合纳入标准的60例胃癌根治术后患者给予放疗治疗。结果治疗后CR 23例,占38.33%;PR 21例,占35.00%;SD 10例,占16.67%;PD 6例,占10.00%;Pm为73.33%。生活质量评分本组治疗前后相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌根治术后患者给予放疗可提高临床疗效,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of radiotherapy for Patients of radical gastrectomy. Methods 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of radical resection of gastric cancer were treated with radiotherapy. Results After treatment, CR 23 cases,accounting for 38.33%; PR21 cases, accounting for 35.00%; SD10 cases, accounting for 16.67%; PD6 cases,accounting for 10.00%; Pm 73.33%. Quality of life scores before and after treatment in this group there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients who were given radiotherapy after radical gastrectomy improved the clinical efficacy, the quality of life.
