磨牙症患者与正常对照组咬肌肌电表现的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨磨牙症对咬肌功能的影响以及咬肌肌电表现。方法 分别收集15例磨牙症患者和无磨牙症学生作为磨牙症组和正常组。应用同心针电极,观察并记录两组在牙尖交错位最大紧咬牙时咬肌的肌电数据。对各组的峰值电位及不对称指数进行统计学分析。结果磨牙症患者在最大紧咬牙时咬肌肌电幅值低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组左右侧肌电幅值及双侧咬肌不对称指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磨牙症患者咬肌肌电幅值明显减低,而双侧不对称指数无差异。
