摘要
本文在方管节点非线性有限元分析的基础上,结合文献的研究结果,提出了一个分析等宽度+型和X型方管节点腹板失稳破坏时极限承载力的“等效框筒模型”。在模型分析的基础上,提出了一个计算方管节点极限承载力的公式。该公式和国外最好的公式相比具有精确实用,形式简单合理的优点,可供我国制订“钢管结构规范”使用。
Based on the results of parameter analysis of RHS joints obtained by nonlinear FEM, and the results of studies of references [2] and [3], a model called the equivalent frame tube model which can properly simulate the characteristic of the ultimate strength of RHS joints is proposed to approximately analyze the ultimate web crippling strength of RHS cross or X joints. Finally, a design formula is derived to predict the ultimate strength of RHS cross or X joints. 85 test results are correlated with the authors' formula and a mean value of 1.22 with a very small scatter about it (COV=0.11) is obtained. Comparing with others' formulas, the authors' formula has the advantages of better correlation with test results and simplicity in form.
