避雨栽培对葡萄白粉病发生的影响及其微气象学原理初探 被引量:25

摘要 为给葡萄避雨栽培中白粉病的防治提供参考,于2008和2009年监测了避雨和露天栽培处理中葡萄白粉病的发生流行与植株冠层气象因子的变化情况,研究了避雨棚内外气象因子变化对白粉病的影响。田间监测结果表明,常规露天栽培处理中雨季来临之前有白粉病发生,但集中降雨后白粉病的病情指数显著降低,而避雨栽培处理均加重白粉病的发生。避雨和常规露天栽培植株冠层气象因子差异分析结果表明,避雨栽培正好创造了适宜白粉病发生的高湿(60%-90%)但叶面干燥的环境,避雨栽培还减弱了葡萄植株冠层的光照强度(6.4%),消弱了光照对白粉病菌的抑制效果,有利于白粉病的侵染和流行。但通过合理施用杀菌剂能有效地控制白粉病的发生和危害。 In order to provide reference for controlling grape powdery mildew in rain-shelter cultivation,occurrence and epidemic status of grape powdery mildew in rain-shelter and open-air cultivation were monitored in 2008 and 2009.In addition,effects of meteorological factor changes on grape powdery mildew in and out of rain-shelter were investigated.The results showed as followings.In open-air cultivation grapevine,disease index of grape powdery mildew was lower significantly after centralizing rainfall than that before rain season.The status was on the contrary in rain-shelter cultivation.Under rain-shelter condition,the relative humidity in canopy of grape was high(60%-90%),but no free water existed on the surface of fruit and leaf.In addition,the light intensity which could suppress the disease was significantly decreased by 6.4%.These factors were very suitable for occurrence and epidemic of grape powdery mildew.But scientific fungicide spraying could effectively control the disease development and damage.
