瘤胃内粗饲料的消化及米曲霉培养物对其消化率的影响

摘要
在瘤胃和盲肠中,细菌和原虫比真菌的数量多,并且人们一直认为细菌对纤维消化起主要作用。但是,真菌在纤维的消化中也起着很重要的作用,粗饲料中木质素一半纤维素有如一道物理屏障,阻止细菌与饲料的结合与消化作用,使其消化速率及消化率都大为降低,而真菌确能起到打破这道屏障作用,并且是唯一有这种作用的微生物。细菌结合并消化纤维素及半纤维素,而真菌为其提供更多的与粗饲料的接触面积,这对于提高粗饲料的消化率是非常重要的。
