摘要
自动分段器是配电自动化的关键设备.研究高智能的自动分段器控制器以达到消除瞬时故障、隔离永久性故障、提高配电网的可靠性的目的.本控制器应用单片机振据分段器两侧电压的不同,以及与时间之间的关系,来确定故障是发生在前段还是在后段,从而对故障进行隔离,是一种时间一电压型的自动分段器.
Automatic Breaker is a key device used in automatic distribution. It functionsas a high intellective switch to eliminate instantaneous accidents and to insulateabiding accidents from power circuit. so it can improve the reliability of distributionsystem. The Automatic Breaker Controller introduced in this article is such a highintellective device. It distinguishes where an accident happens on the basis of thedifference between the voltage on both sides and the relations between voltage andtime. Working in this Way, it can accurately insulate the broken- down sectionfrom circuit. And so we can call it a voltage-time Automatic Breaker.
