摘要
鞍钢烧结总厂三烧车间自熔性烧结矿生产→高碱度冷烧结矿生产的改造是在原生产工艺基础上，增加了鼓风带式冷却机和一段冷筛分等设备，不仅改造工期短，而且节省巨额投资，为老企业改造探索出了一条边生产边改造的可行之路。
Based on primary process,No.3 sintering shop of AISC General Sintering Plant adds updraught strand cooler and first stage of cold screening in the retrofit of hot flux sinter to cold high basicity sinter, which is not only short in construction period, but also enormous investment can be saved. A possible way is explored for old enterprises being reformed while production.
