A detailed deseription is made on the chemical composition range, casting process, smelting process, casting and stripping time, aging treatment for produing high chromium cast iron balls. Practices of the producer using the processes show that ball consumytion can be greatly decreased by applying the processes to produce high chromium cast iron balls.
