摘要
目的观察帕罗西汀合并奎硫平对伴有阴性症状的精神分裂症患者生活质量的疗效及不良反应。方法随机将68例慢性精神分裂症患者分为研究组(奎硫平+帕罗西汀)和对照组(奎硫平+安慰剂)。治疗前及治疗后12周末以阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)和不良反应量表(TESS)进行评定。结果治疗12周末,研究组PANSS总分、阴性因子分均明显低于治疗前,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);研究组心理健康纬度及社会功能纬度得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论帕罗西汀合并奎硫平有利于改善精神分裂症的阴性症状及提高其生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of paroxetine combined with quetiapine in treating the schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms.Methods 68 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into investigation group（n=34） and control gropup（n=34）.The patients in investigation group were treated by paroxetine combined quetiapine,however,the patients in control group were treated by quetiapine combined placebo.The therapeutic effects and side effects were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）,General Quality of Life Inventory-74（GQOLI-74） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（TESS） respectively before and after 12-week treatment.Results After 12-week treatment,the total scores of PANSS and negative factors in investigation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.The scores of psychological health latitude and society function latitude were significantlt higher than those of control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The paroxetine combined quetiapine is beneficial to improving the negative symptom and enhancing the life quality of patients with schizophrenia.
