摘要
经济全球化条件下,营销创新对企业尤其是中小企业的生存和发展至关重要。通过对营销创新及其发展的必要性进行论述,分析了当前我国中小企业的营销现状,并针对中小企业出现的问题,从营销观念、营销手段、营销策略、营销人员四个方面提出对策。
In the economic globalization,marketing innovation is essential for the survival and development of enterprises,especially SMEs.After explaining the necessity of marketing innovation and its development,the paper analyzes the current situation of the marketing of SMEs in China and proposes some countermeasures against the problems from marketing ideas,means,strategies and personnel.
