摘要
目的 探讨内镜下小儿结肠幼年性息肉黏膜下切除术（EMR）的护理方法.方法 对45例小于6岁的患儿在内镜下行结肠幼年性息肉EMR,并予积极、有效的护理.结果 45例患儿均顺利完成息肉切除,无感染、出血、穿孔等并发症的发生.结论 EMR是治疗小儿结肠幼年性息肉安全、有效的方法,良好的医护配合和积极有效的围手术期护理是保证手术成功的关键.
Objective To study the nursing of endoscopic submucosal resection （EMR） for colic juvenile polyposis in children. Methods 45 cases who were less than 6-year-old children were treated with EMR. The active and effective nursing cares were provided. Results The 45 cases were healed completely,without infection, hemorrhage, perforation and other complications. Conclusions EMR is a safe and effective method for colonic juvenile polyposis in children. The good cooperation and active perioperative nursing are the key points of successful operation.
