摘要
目的探讨成人腺垂体功能减退治疗未达标的原因,指导今后临床决策。方法从肾上腺、甲状腺、性腺功能三方面,对确诊为腺垂体功能减退且治疗未达标的50例患者的治疗情况进行统计分析。结果 50例腺垂体功能减退患者治疗后,肾上腺、甲状腺、性腺功能未达标率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者治疗时,肾上腺皮质激素未服用率为8%,甲状腺激素未服用率为24%,性腺激素未服用率为56%。3个未服用率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腺垂体功能减退治疗未达标率较高,尤其是性腺功能未达标率高。提高治疗达标率需要医患双方的共同努力。
Objective To investigate the reasons for below standard treatment of hypopituitarism so as to guide the clinical decision makings.Methods The treatment records of 50 confirmed hypopituitarism patients receiving below standard treatment were statistically analyzed in terms of adrenal,thyroid and sexual gland function.Results After treatment,below standard rates of adrenal,thyroid and sexual gland function of the 50 cases were compared,and the difference is statistically significant（P0.01）.During Treatment,the rate of not using adrenocortical hormone,thyroid hormone and gonadal hormone is 8%,24% and 56% respectively.The difference between the rates mentioned above is statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The rate of below standard treatment for hypopituitarism is high,especially in terms of sexual gland function.Mutual efforts are needed from both hospital and patients to increase the rate of reaching standard treatment.
