摘要
随着高校的大幅扩招和人才供求关系的变化,由就业所引起的毕业生的心理问题也越来越多。本文通过对部分应届毕业生进行调查问卷,分析了毕业生存在的主要心理问题,并提出解决这些心理问题的对策。
With the increased enrollment of college and the changes of talent supply and demand,caused by the employment of graduates of the psychological problems are also increasing.In this paper,some graduates to conduct survey,analyzed the major psychological problems,and propose measures to these psychological problems.
