摘要
任务驱动教学模式下人力资源开发与管理课程的设计思路为:以企业人力资源管理岗位分析为起点,深入研究各岗位工作所需的职业能力要求,再整合、序化学习内容,打破传统的教学模式,把人力资源开发与管理课程划分为若干项基本任务。让学生在任务驱动下,在老师的引导下,在讨论和研究的情境中,在协作和配合的氛围中来掌握专业知识,提高专业能力。
Task-driven mode of teaching "Human Resources Development and Management" course design ideas to:enterprise analysis of human resource management positions as a starting point,in-depth study of the professional competence required for job requirements,and then integrated sequence learning content,to break the traditional the teaching mode,the "Human Resources Development and Management"course is divided into several basic tasks.Students in the task-driven,under the guidance of the teacher,in the context of discussion and study,in an atmosphere of cooperation and coordination to master the professional knowledge and enhance professional competence.
