摘要
目的分析影响胶合板防虫性能的诸多因素,加深消费者以及生产经营者对该产品的进一步了解。方法查阅相关资料、跟踪生产现场、分析生产工艺过程及工艺参数。结果防虫剂类型、剂型以及生产过程的工艺控制是主要的影响因素,防虫剂毒性和对环境的影响也是产品的重要指标。生产过程的合理控制是提高胶合板防虫性能的重要措施之一。单板厚度、涂胶量、陈化时间、冷压、热压工艺等对产品的活性成分载药量有所影响。结论优选WHO提供的家用公共卫生防虫剂,选择缓释长效剂型、合理的生产工艺可使胶合板达到理想的防虫蛀的效果。
Objective To analysis many factors affecting the mothproof plywood＇s insecticidal function,deepen consumers and professionals understanding for this product.Methods Accessing relevant information,following up production site,and analysising the process and parameters.Results The types of anti-insect agent,formulations and production process controls were the main influence factors,the toxicities and impacts on environment were also the important indicators of products.The reasonable control of production process was one of the important measures of anti-insect performance,which improving mothproof plywood＇s insecticidal function.The thickness of veneers,coating amount of adhesives,aging time,cold-pressing technology and hot-pressing technology etc.had an effect on the active components drug loading of product.Conclusion The public health insecticide which are provided by WHO should be preferred.It is necessary to chose a slow release,long-lasting formulation and reasonable production process,so that the mothproof plywood has an ideal insecticidal function.
