摘要
结合具体应用实例 ,介绍用串行E2 PROM实现数据断电保护的方法。对于少量数据的断电保护 ,完全可以用其替代用电池保护的方法 ,且具有可靠性高和成本低廉的特点。
In the essay, combining with a practical example, the method of data power\|off reserve with serial E2PROM is introduced. In the case of a small quantity of data needing power\|off reserve, it can be used. And it has the character of high reliability.\;
