摘要
根据激光分形烧结快速成形要求其扫描过程中无反向间隙和高分辨率的要求 ,设计并研制出了由钢丝绳牵引驱动的二维扫描工作台、铺粉装置、激光器。
Fractal Laser Sentering Rapid Prototype Manufacture requires the system with zero clearance and high resolution . A fractal laser sentering RPM composed of 2D NC scanning device driven by steel wire, powder spreading device, laser unit and computer control system is developed. At last, the system is proved to meet the requirements of design by means of two experiments.\;
