摘要
通过对近几年我国体育院校学生事务管理研究的梳理发现,其关注的热点主要集中在学生的思想政治教育,人文素质培养,管理队伍建设,心理健康,教育实习,毕业论文,就业,及学生社团等几个方面。其特点表现为零散、缺乏系统化和正规化。整个研究还处在一个相对较低的水平,未能形成真正意义上的研究领域。在高等教育快速发展的今天,如何加强体育院校学生事务管理研究,及时发现研究的不足,提出相应的解决方案,这对促进我国体育人才的培养,具有非常重要的理论价值和现实意义。
Through the research on the student affairs administration of colleges of physical education in China in recent years,its focus lies in the following aspects： ideology and politics cultivation,humanity quality cultivation,management-team building,students＇ psychological health,teaching practice,graduation thesis,employment and student society.Its feature is reflected in scattering and lacking of systematization and standardization.With the fast development of higher education nowadays,it is important theoretically and practically to research how to strengthen the research on the student affairs administration of colleges of physical education and how to promote the cultivation of sports talents.
