摘要
随着现代科技的飞速发展，以互联网为代表的新媒体深刻地改变着人们的生活方式、思维方式和价值取向，尤其在当代大学生中产生了广泛的影响。高校要把握网络文化建设的主导权，提高网络文化建设的针对性和实效性，建立长效机制，充分发挥网络文化的育人功能，构建健康向上的校园网络文化。
With the rapid development of modern technology,the new media profoundly change people＇s lifestyles,ways of thinking and values,especially it have a broad effect in the contemporary college students.University should build healthy and positive culture of the campus network through seizing the initiative,improving the relevance and effectiveness,establishing of long-term mechanism.
