摘要
该文通过某电厂一台15MW 汽轮发电机组轴系异常振动的测试分析,找到振动异常原因,指出由于轴系联轴节的不对中,导致轴瓦负荷减轻,轴瓦发生油膜涡动。当机组轴系重新找正后,机组振动恢复正常。
The paper reports on recording and analyzing uncommon rotor string vibrations observed in a 1.5 MW turbo generator in a certain power plant,with revealed that bad centering of the coupling has reduced bearing load and thus caused fluid bearing whip.After centering of the rotor string had been redone the set′s vibration got normal again.Figs 7 and tables 2\;
