摘要
通过实验室和现场的试验研究,进行煤质调整和设备的优化改造,逐步使“煤性与炉性”达到恰当的耦合匹配,比较彻底地解决了大武口发电厂燃用劣质烟煤锅炉存在的燃烧不稳、受热面磨损、结渣等诸多问题,使锅炉运行的可靠性和经济性大大提高,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
Through testing and research in laboratory and on site,to carry out adjustment of coal quality and optimization and retrofitting of equipment,the proper coupling and matching between “coal properties and boiler configuration' was reached step by step,which thoroughly solved unstable combustion,wearing out of heating surface and slagging etc. problems existing in Dawukou Power Plant when burning low quality bituminous,with reliability and economics of boiler operation greatly improved,thus achieving good economic and social benefits
