摘要
[目的]探明6%井冈霉素.240亿枯草芽孢杆菌WP对稻曲病的田间防治效果。[方法]采用随机区组设计,于2007年在安徽省凤台县对稻曲病进行田间药剂防治试验。[结果]研究结果表明,在用量为1 500、1 800 g/hm2时,6%井冈霉素.240亿枯草芽孢杆菌WP对稻曲病的防治效果均达70%以上,与12.5%纹霉清水剂的防效无显著性差异;但在低用量(1 200 g/hm2)条件下,其对稻曲病的防治效果有所降低,防效为66.8%,与12.5%纹霉清水剂(3 000 g/hm2)防效间差异性极显著,但与20%井冈霉素水溶粉剂(6 000 g/hm2)处理间差异性不显著。[结论]6%井冈霉素.240亿枯草芽孢杆菌可用于稻曲病的田间防治。
[Objective] In order to verify the control effect of 6% Jinggangmycin·24 billion Bacillus subtilis on rice false smut in the field.[Method]Field chemical control experiments were carried out by randomized block design in Fengtai county of Anhui province in 2007.[Result] The results showed that the control effects of 6% Jinggangmycin·24 billion Bacillus subtilis to rice false smut at the dosages of 1 500 g/hm2 and 1 800 g/hm2 were both above 70%,having no obvious difference compared with the effects of 12.5% Wengmeiqing at the dosage of 3 000 g/hm2.The control effect of 6% Jinggangmycin·24 billion Bacillus subtilis at 1 200 g/hm2 was equivalent to the effect of 12.5% wengmeiqing at the dosage of 3 000 g/hm2.[Conclusion] 6% Jinggangmycin·24 billion Bacillus subtilis could be used for the control of rice false smut in the fields.
