脱共生菌对麦长管蚜总蛋白含量及转氨酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]明确共生菌对不同体色型麦长管蚜的影响。[方法]用利福平处理得到不同体色型脱共生麦长管蚜,对脱共生及共生麦长管蚜的总蛋白含量和转氨酶活力进行分析。[结果]与共生蚜虫相比,绿色型和红色型麦长管蚜的营养状况均明显恶化,且红色型麦长管蚜的营养状况恶化程度要比绿色型麦长管蚜高;经抗生素脱共生处理后麦长管蚜虫体内氨基酸之间的转换遭到干扰,且红色型麦长管蚜受到干扰较大;经抗生素脱共生处理后麦长管蚜体内氨的转运受到干扰,且红色型麦长管蚜受到干扰较大。[结论]共生菌对2种体色型麦长管蚜均有着重要的影响。 [Objective] The effects of symbiotic bacteria on the different biotype aphid were studied.[Method] Two biotype Sitobion avenae were treated with the broad spectrum antibiotic,rifampicin.And the total protein content and the activities of ALT,AST,GS were measured.[Result]Comparing to symbiotic aphids,the nutrition condition of both green aposymbiotic and red aposymbiotic aphids obviously became bad,and red aphids was worse than green ones.The effect of Buchnera on the transferase of amino acid in the red aphids was more than the green aphids.The effect of the Buchnera on the transferase of ammonia in red aphids was more than green aphids.[Conclusion] Symbiotic bacteria was important in aphis body color differentiation.
