摘要
罗汉果具有多种药理作用,且作为甜味剂具有广阔的市场前景。对罗汉果中化学成分研究进展进行综述,为罗汉果的多层次加工提供参考。
FRUCTUS MOMORDICAE is endowed with many pharmacological effects,and as a sweetener,the developing market of FRUCTUS MOMORDICAE will be promising.The research progress on chemical compositions of FRUCTUS MOMORDICAE was summarized in this study,aiming at providing reference for multilevel processing of FRUCTUS MOMORDICAE.
