摘要
目的 研究不同肠系膜上动脉注射液对缺血小肠功能改变的影响。方法 制成兔小肠缺血再灌注模型。分别观察缺血即刻、完全阻断60 m in 和再灌注30 m in 时小肠细胞膜Na+ -K+ ATP酶、Ca2+ -ATP酶活性和小肠线粒体游离Ca2+ 浓度。结果 ①完全阻断60 m in 时,异搏定组Na+ -K+ ATP酶活性(12.445±3.219) μMPi/(m g·h)、Ca2+ -ATP酶活性(10.973±3.033) μMPi/(m g·h)和Ca2+ 浓度(2.976±0.410) nm ol/m g,能量合剂组Ca2+ -ATP酶活性(10.376±2.844) μMPi/(m g·h),优于对照组(P< 0.01);②再灌注30 m in 时异搏定组和能量合剂组两酶活性[分别为(10.775±3.227)、(8.444±2.128) μMPi/(m g·h)和(10.118±3.425)、(7.634±1.404) μMPi/(m g·h)]和Ca2+ 浓度[分别为(2.401±0.323)nm ol/m g, (3.847±0.610)nm ol/m g]均高于对照组(P< 0.01)。结论 异搏定和能量合剂可以显著改善缺血小肠的?
Objective\ The purpose of this study is to probe the changes of the functions of the ischemic small bowel with different perfusion solutions via supper mesenteric artery (SMA). Methods\ Saline, verapamil in saline, and energy compound solution were injected respectively via SMA in rabbits before the artery was tied to produce ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. The activities of Na\++ K\++ ATPase and Ca\+\{2+\} ATPase as wellas mitochondria free calcium concentrations in mucosa cells were monitored in the different groups. Results\ The activities of Na\++ K\++ ATPase, Ca\+\{2+\} ATPase in plasma membrance declined in normal saline perfusion group after ischemia (\%P\%<0.01); Compared to the control group, verapamil and energy compounds solutions significantly improved the two ATPase activities (\%P\%<0.01); The free calcium concentration in mitochondria increased in control group but declined in verapamil group after ischemia (\%P\%<0.01). Conclusion\ The verapamil and energy compounds solutions show the protective effects on the functions of ischemic small intestine.
