摘要
目的 :分析松黄蛋白质抗原中致敏成分。方法 :用硫酸铵沉淀、葡聚糖凝胶层析分离松黄蛋白质组分 ,以致敏大鼠腹腔肥大细胞组胺释放试验和被动皮肤过敏反应试验检测松黄蛋白组分的致敏活性。结果 :松黄蛋白中含有 3种抗原性不同的组分 ,组分Ⅱ是松黄主要抗原。 10 0 μg ml组分Ⅱ触发致敏肥大细胞 ,组胺释放率为33.1% ;以组分Ⅱ致敏大鼠产生的抗血清 ,在 1∶80的稀释度已能致使被动皮肤过敏试验的阳性反应。结论 :松黄蛋白中含有致敏组分 。
OBJECTIVE:To analyse the sensitizer of proteantigen in pine pollen.METHOD:Separated the protein by ammonium sulfate precipitation method and dextran gel chromatography,and detected its sensitization by releasing histamine test of sensitized rat peritoneal mast cells and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis.RESULT:Pine pollen protein contained three components of different antigenicity,componentⅡ was the main antigen,of which histamine releasing rate (100 μg/ml) was33.1% and antiserum by sensitized rat (1∶80dilution) caused positive passive cutaneous anaphylaxis.CONCLUSION:The pine pollen protein contains sensitizer,which is unstable to heat,acid and alkali.
