摘要
考查了水平潜流人工湿地对城市生活污水中的8种内分泌干扰物去除效果。结果表明:在水力负荷为0.17m/d,水力停留时间为4.6 d情况下,水平潜流人工湿地对雌激素酮(E1)、雌激素三醇(E3)、双酚A(BPA)、辛基酚(OP)、17β-雌二醇(E2)、17a-雌二醇(17a-E2)、17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)的平均去除率分别为81.4%、39.3%、73.9%、44.1%、69.7%、82.2%、65.2%。其中,4-正壬基酚(4-n-NP)在湿地出水中未检测到。人工湿地中内分泌干扰物去除效果沿程变化结果表明,湿地前段对内分泌干扰物的去除效果优于后段,说明人工湿地前段微生物的降解更有效。
The removal efficiencies of eight EDCs were investigated in domestic sewage by horizontal subsurface-flow constructed wetlands.The results showed that with a hydraulic loading rate of 0.17 m /d and a hydraulic retention time of 4.6 d,the average removal efficiencies of E1,E3,BPA,OP,E2,17a-E2 and EE2 by constructed wetland were 81.4%,39.3%,73.9%,44.1%,69.7%,82.2% and 65.2%,respectively.And 4-n-NP was not obtained in effluent of constructed wetlands.The removal efficiencies of EDCs were also investigated along the constructed wetlands.It showed that the removal efficiencies were better in front section than that at the rear of constructed wetlands.The results indicated that biodegradation was more effective in front of constructed wetlands.
