摘要
在分析总结国内外多个案例基础上,比较和借鉴新型社区管理模式的实践经验,对社区管理的多种新型模式做了归纳,指出现有社区管理模式中存在的体制、运行机制和法制上的问题,提出了完善中国新型社区管理模式的对策。
On the basis of analyzing and summarizing many cases,the practical experience of new community management mode is compared and used,many new models of community mode are concluded,the problems of current community management mode are pointed out,and the countermeasures are proposed to perfect Chinese new community management mode
