摘要
概述WHO西太平洋地区医学索引(WPRIM)的项目背景和目标,在分析PubMed,KoreaMed,J-STAGE和CiNii检索系统元数据标准的基础上,结合WPRIM自身的资源特点和组织方式,设计出WPRIM元数据方案,并将其应用于WPRIM检索服务平台的数据提交系统中。
The paper overviews the project backgrounds and objectives of the Western Pacific Region Index Medicus（WPRIM）, based on the analysis of metadata standard of PubMed,KoreaMed,J - STAGE and CiNii,combined with the resource characteristics and organization mode of WPRIM,it designs the metadata scheme for WPRIM and uses it in data providing system of WPRIM retrieval service platform.
