摘要
目的研究知母的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱法进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从知母的体积分数为70%的乙醇提取物中分离得到6个已知成分,分别鉴定为十七烷酸-1-甘油酯(2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadecoate,1)、大黄酚(chrysophanol,2)、大黄素(emodin,3)、构树宁B(broussonin B,4)、单甲基-顺-扁柏树脂酚[monomethyl-Z-(-)hinokiresinol,5]、顺-扁柏树脂酚[Z-(-)hinokiresinol,6]。结论化合物1-4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the compounds from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.Results Six compounds were obtained from the 70%(φ)ethanol-water extracts of the Anemarrhena asphodeloides.The structures were determined as 2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadecoate(1),chrysophanol(2),emodin(3),broussoninB(4),monomethyl-Z-(-)hinokiresinol(5),Z-(-)hinokiresinol(6).Conclusion Compounds 14 are isolated from the Anemarrhena asphodeloides for the first time.
