摘要
目的:研究中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组入选100例急性胰腺炎患者,采用单纯西医治疗;治疗组100例,在上述西医治疗基础上加用中西医结合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组在腹痛、发热及血淀粉酶恢复时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗可以提高临床疗效,缩短疗程,值得进一步推广。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine on acute pancreatitis.Methods：100 pancreatitis patients enrolled as control received regular western medical treatment,another group of 100 pancreatitis patients received additional Chinese medicine.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）,moreover,the recovery time of abdominal pain,fever and blood amylase level in treatment group was shorter than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine can improve the clinical effect,shorten recovery time and worth further practice.
