摘要 通过X射线衍射及激光拉曼光谱分析,对激光合成Al2O3-WO3系陶瓷中钨掺杂α-Al2O3相进行了深入研究,得出钨对α-Al2O3的掺杂是以替位铝形式进行的结论。 The X-ray diffraction and laser Raman techniques have been employed to analyse the situation of the tungsten impurity in α-Al2O3 grains in the samples of the Al2O3WO3system synthesized by a high power CO2 laser. The expermental results reveal that tungsten ions exist in the α -Al2O3lattice through replacing Al+3.
