摘要
对采用Cr4+∶YAG作为被动调Q元件的二极管抽运Nd∶YAG激光器的输出特性参数进行了计算机模拟,模拟计算了在不同抽运能量、不同Cr4+∶YAG晶体的初始透过率、不同谐振腔的输出耦合率条件下,激光输出能量和脉宽的变化规律,根据模拟结果,选用参数优化的Cr4+∶YAG晶体和谐振腔,实现了单脉冲能量为13mJ,脉宽为12ns,重复频率达到100Hz的调Q激光输出。
A high repetition rate diode pumped Nd:YAG laser, passively Q -switched with a Cr4+: YAG plate, has been analysed. lt shows that the output energy and the pulse width depend on the pump energy, the initial transmitance of the Cr4+: YAG and the reflectivity of the output mirror. Based on the results of the calculation, an experiment has been performed and a 12 ns Q -switched laser pulse output of 13 mJ under pulse repetition rate of 100 Hz is obtained.
