12%Cr超超临界转子JTS拔长预冷工艺优化设计

Optimization of cooling process before JTS extend forging process of 12% Cr ultra-super-critical rotor ingot

摘要 采用热模拟实验测得12%Cr流变应力曲线并得到其流变应力方程。采用有限元分析方法研究了JTS拔长法预冷工艺,分析了不同冷却条件下锻件内部的温度场变化情况,锻件表面的温度梯度随喷水冷却时间的增加而增加,随在空气中停留时间的增加而减小。结合12%Cr热塑性曲线确定了最优冷却方案。并对JTS拔长法及FM拔长法进行了对比研究。通过比较锻件内部的等效应变,获得了JTS拔长法锻件内部的等效应变分布特点,相对于FM拔长法,JTS拔长法可以在锻件内部较大范围内获得更大的等效应变。 The 12%Cr flow stress curves and formula were got through thermal simulation experiment.FEA method was used to analyze the temperature distribution in the forgings during the cooling process before JTS extend forging process.The temperature gradient near the surface increased with the time of cooling but decreased with the time of staying in the air.The optimal cooling method was determined according to the thermal-plastic curves.The JTS and FM extend forging process were simulated and the effective stress distribution was compared,the effective stress distribution feature of JTS extend forging process was analyzed.Compared with FM extend forging process,larger effective strain could be got inside the forgings in a large range.
