无间柱连续推进分段空场崩落法在凤凰山银矿的应用 被引量:6

Application of Continuously-advanced Sublevel Open Caving without Intervening Pillar in Fenghuangshan Silver Mine

摘要 为解决留矿采矿法开采破碎、不稳固矿体所带来的矿石贫化损失问题,依据现代连续采矿思想,结合矿山生产实际情况,提出无间柱连续推进分段空场崩落采矿法。通过不留间柱连续推进、随时开采随时出矿、利用顶板围岩自然崩落处理采空区等技术,解决了使用传统方法开采此类矿体所带来的问题,矿块生产能力达到150 t/a,贫化、损失指标分别从60%,36%下降至12%,11.5%,效益明显。 In order to solve the problem of ore dilution and loss in mining fractured and unstable ore body by shrinkage stoping method,based on the modern thought of continuous mining,and combined with the actual situations of production in Fenghuangshan Silver Mine,a mining method of continuously-advanced sublevel open caving without intervening pillar was proposed.By not remaining intervening pillar,ore drawing as ore caving,and roof caving naturally to fill the mined-out area and release the roof stress,the problems existing in mining fractured and unstable ore body using traditional shrinkage stoping method was solved,the production capacity of mining block achieved 150t/d,the rate of ore dilution dropped from 60% to 12% and the rate of ore losses dropped from 36% to 11.5%,resulting in obvious benefits.
