摘要
高校的科技成果转化一直存在着转化率低的问题,江西省作为中部欠发达地区,问题尤为突出。本文从高校科技成果转化率低的成因开始进行分析,并提出促进高校科技成果转化率的相关对策。
The conversion of scientific and technological achievements has always been the problem of low rate,Jiangxi Province as less developed regions in central area is particularly prominent.This paper makes an analysis from the causes low rate of scientific and technological achievements.Then it puts forward some proposals and measures to promote the transforming of scientific and technological achievements.
