摘要
媒体对过错者的过错的宣扬对树立正气有一定积极意义,但程度过度则使当事人受到了超过法规规定应得处罚外的处罚,损害了法律允许其继续生存的法定利益,也不利于人的改正错误与完善。媒体过度宣扬过错者的过错具有扩大自己利益的动机,但应注意追求自身利益不要忽略推进社会及尽可能多的人健康完善的责任。
It is of certain positive meaning for media to disclose the improper behavior of people,but the excessive use of media always brings people with improper behavior more punishments.Therefore,media should balance the pursuit to profit and social responsibility.
