摘要
在分析工艺原理的基础上,利用数据处理方法、工艺计算和基于感知器算法的MADALINE 人工神经网络模型及遗传BP 算法,在DCS 系统上计算平衡催化剂活性及相关参数,使之在DCS 系统画面上直接显示出来。从而在实际生产过程中,使工艺操作人员能够直观地了解平衡催化剂活性的实时变化状况。
The catalyst activity and related parameters in FCCU can be calculated in DCS utilizing a data reconciliation technology, a process mechanism analysis method and MADALINE model based on the perception algorithm. The displayed calculation results enable the process operator directly to observe the catalyst activity state and to adjust operation parameters on time and to reduce the catalyst consumption and to obtain the maximum economic benefit.
