摘要
针对传统微带定向耦合器传输损耗大,不适合工作在毫米波段,金属波导定向耦合器体积大难以集成加工的问题,提出了基于基片集成波导的K波段定向耦合器。该定向耦合器利用基片集成波导作为微波传输结构,工作于K波段,具有2GHz的工作带宽,通过调整公共窄壁缝隙的宽度可以得到具有不同耦合度的定向耦合器。实验结果表明:该耦合器在较宽的工作频段内具有很高的传输系数,并且与微带平面电路匹配良好可以集成加工到平面电路中去,隔离度和耦合度与理论分析一致。
In the traditional design of microwave and millimeter wave integrated directional couplers,the micros-trip has a high transmission loss and the waveguide is hard to be integrated.To solve this problem,the K-band directional coupler based on substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) was proposed.This directional coupler uses SIW as the microwave transmission structure,works at K wave band and has 2 GHz band width.We could get the directional couplers with different coupling by changing the aperture length of the commonality narrow wall.The experiment results showed that,in a wide wave band,this directional coupler had a high transmission coefficient and coordinated well with the micro-strip circuit integrated in the planar circuit.The coefficients of isolation and coupling were in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
