催化裂化主风机组启动试验和改造失误分析

摘要 介绍了催化裂化主风机组改造及改造后的5次启动试验情况,尝试“阻塞线下”启动操作法,成功启动了机组,但因机组功率匹配失误而无法正常运行。分析改造失败的主要原因为机组功率匹配失误,对机组启动规律和减少启动阻力矩的办法进行了探讨。 The revamping and 5 start-up tests after revamping of the main compresser in FCCU were introduced. The compressor was successfully started up by attempting the method of 'under blocking line'start-up operation. But the compressor was even incapable of normally running due to power mismatching. Exploration on start-up rules and methods for reducing the resistance moment in start-up were given.
