摘要
为了更好地协调人口增加与工作需求的关系,解决就业问题,针对就业问题相关联最大的人口和企业两个方面展开研究.特别是企业中的规模企业数量对就业影响较大.分析人口数量和规模企业数量关系对就业的影响,以沈阳市统计数据为依据,利用系统动力学知识及系统工具VENSIM,详细建构人口和企业关系的系统动力学模型,探讨就业区域共性问题;利用实际数据进行仿真实验,对比分析仿真结果与沈阳市实际发展情况,结果证明模型是可靠有效的.该人口和企业关系的动力学模型,为以后对人口和企业关系的进一步研究奠定了基础.
Along with the progress of science and technology,increasing population,then increasing demand of jobs,in order to better control population growth and demand of the coordination work,solving the employment problem,therefore,for employment problem associated with the largest population and enterprises of the two fronts,scale enterprises,the number of firms the number of population have greatly impacted on employment in Shenyang City based on statistical data,using the system dynamics and knowledge system VENSIM tools,detailed construction of the population and industrial relations system dynamics model to explore the common problems.In the employment area,using actual data simulation,comparative analysis of the simulation results with the actual development of Shenyang,the results prove that the model is reliable and effective.The relationship of Model between population and enterprises laid the foundation for the future progress of research.
