摘要
用美国 Brokhaven 公司 Zeta Plus 型 Zeta 电位及粒度测量仪和美国 Coulter 公司 N4 Plus 型超细粒度分析仪对聚丙烯酰胺/ 柠檬酸铝胶态分散凝胶( C D G) 作了系统研究。确定了胶态分散凝胶由单分散程度相当高,粒径为100 —600nm 的凝胶颗粒所组成; C D G 粒径与聚丙烯酰胺的分子量有关,分子量越大则粒径越大; C D G 粒径受体系中电解质种类和浓度的影响较小,在 C D G 反应体系中凝胶颗粒的粒径基本不受时间、温度及盐的种类的影响。
The particle size(PS) and size distribution of HPAM/AlCit colloidal dispersion gels(CDGs) are determined by using Brokhaven's Zeta Plus and Coulter's N4 Plus apparatus. The DCGs studied are prepared from 10 grades of commercial HPAM of mol mass 4×10 6—2.7×10 7 and HD 4-30%(100 and 300 ppm), a preparation of aluminum citrate(mass ratio of HPAM to Al=20∶1), and KCl, NaCl or NaCl+NaHCO 3 and formed at 60℃. It is shown that the PS distribution of the CDGs is narrow enough to determine only their average PS values, which are ranged between 200 to 600 nm. The PS value is influenced notably by mol mass of the HPAM used and very slightly by HD value of the HPAM and the salt(s) introduced. The CDGs form in 15 minutes after preparation and their PS avlues maintain practically unchanged over 120 hrs at 60 and 40℃.
