摘要
用有机钛、胺基醇和乳酸合成了有机钛交联剂 P C500 ,研究了羟丙基瓜尔胶/ 有机钛 P C500 水基冻胶压裂液的配方,得到了可耐温100 ℃以上,抗剪切,低残渣,交联时间可调的压裂液。在配方研究中特别考察了冻胶稳定剂、p H调节剂的作用。
A titanoranic crosslinker, PC 500, is prepared from a titanorganic compound, an aminoalcohol, and malonic acid. With PC 500, a formulation of hydroxypropyl guar based aqueous hydrofracturing fluid is optimized on the basis of screening ingredients, particularly oxygen scavenger Na 2S 2O 3 and pH adjasting agent fumanic acid +NaHCO 3. The high viscosity (~90 mPa·s) of a formulated fluid maintains unchanging at least in 2 hrs at 100℃ and shear rate 170 1/s. With or without a gel breaker the gelled fluid breaks down at 100—150℃ in 24—30 hrs with small amount of solid residue left. The fluid is developed for high temperature and low permeability reservoirs.
