摘要
"十一五"是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,新阶段能源发展既有新的机遇,也面临更加严峻的挑战,能源效率亟待提高,节能降耗任务艰巨。从余姚市三家具有代表性的钢管制造企业可看出,钢管制造业的节能技术大有可为。可从钢管制造业的原料储存、制造工艺、过程控制和能源管理各个环节,探讨切实可行的节能技术和技术改造方案。
The period of ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ is the key time to China to build a well-off society in all-round way.At the new stage,the development of energy is faced with opportunities as well as challenges,so it is a must to improve energy efficiency and save energy.Judging from the three steel tube manufacturers in YuYao,the energy-saving technology in tube manufacturing industry has a promising future.This paper proposes the feasible energy-saving technology and technical reconstruction in details by monitoring the steps of raw material storage,manufacturing crafts,process control and energy management.
