摘要
以某辊道过盈装配为例,针对不同过盈量、摩擦系数以及不同载荷下的配合进行有限元分析,得到了辊子与轴之间的接触压力、等效应力及摩擦应力的分布情况,并与理论计算值进行对比,为辊子与轴之间选择合适的过盈量提供了依据。
Taking a roller assembly with interference fit as example,we obtained the contact pressure,yield stress and friction stress distribution between the roller and the shaft by the finite element analysis in condition of different loads,different magnitudes of interference and different friction coefficients.The results were compared with the theoretical calculation values.This work could supply the basis for selecting the appropriate magnitude of interference between the roller and the shaft.
