摘要
基于新时期西藏扶贫开发面临的主要形势和紧迫任务,结合2009年8月对西藏扶贫开发状况的深入实地调研,主要分析了当前西藏自治区的整乡推进扶贫开发、特色产业扶贫开发、党政机关定点扶贫开发、小少民族扶贫开发、边境地区扶贫开发五大扶贫实践,对相关扶贫开发的实践经验进行了总结,利用其宝贵经验来指导我国少数民族地区的扶贫开发实践工作。
Based on the challenges and urgent tasks for poverty alleviation and development in Tibet in the new period,and combined with the practice of poverty alleviation and development in Tibet,this paper analyzes the current Tibet,the entire township to promote poverty alleviation and development,poverty alleviation and development of specialized industries,party and government organs and strive for greater development,relatively small population of minority poverty alleviation and development,poverty alleviation and development in border areas.The practice of poverty alleviation and development of relevant experience in Tibet is summarized.Valuable experiences to guide China＇s anti-poverty work in ethnic minority areas are exploited in this paper.
