摘要
阐述了驻马店市粮食生产现状和粮食生产核心区建设过程中存在的问题,提出了强力推进"三化"协调发展,科学制定粮食生产核心区建设规划,加快完善农业基础设施建设,加速推进农村土地流转,充分调动农民种粮和政府抓粮的积极性,努力提高农业科技含量等一系列对策建议。
The article analyses the present situation of food production in Zhumadian City and problems in the construction of core food production districts.Afterwards,the author puts forward countermeasures such as forcefully promote the ＂threefold＂ coordinated growth,scientifically work out construction plan of core food production districts,speed up agricultural infrastructure construction,boost rural land circulation,increase agricultural science and technology content fully and mobilize the enthusiasm of grain producers and the governments.
